Ready for the Easter Break??…
Is this you?
Are you like this mum I had on the phone this morning?
All plans for the Easter break: children to a camp, ready for some time for herself, wanting to work on things she really likes to do.Yet, she will not go to the library for her own, she will be heading back to her business, handling things she hadn’t been able to do in the previous weeks. Since she has been filling up all the emergencies, taking over the things that needed to be done, then and there, she feels overwhelmed. Her own tasks were mounting every day and her to do list became longer and longer…
Now she feels guilty of not being able to do what she wants, guilty of not being able to have a free mind to spend quality time with her children. She feels stressed, emotionally drained, worn out, her head keeps spinning and she feels unhappy about herself…
Have you ever felt this way?… Maybe just a little bit? What happens if you continue this way? Where would you be at the end of the year and how would you feel?…
Things can be different!
But do you know it doesn’t have to be like that? What if, on the contrary you would stop taking up the responsibilities of other people, being focused on your own work you want to do for the growth of your business. What if you could step out of the overwhelm and know clearly where you are standing in your business, knowing the tasks which are yours? How would you feel if you could enjoy again the work you are doing and spend the time you want with your loved ones? How would you feel then? What space of freedom would open up for you and what would you do with that?
Clear focused action
With clear focused action you can reduce this overwhelm, getting the work done, and freeing up your mind and time, so you can enjoy the moments with your family. Take that break without feeling the pressure of the workload waiting for you, or the guilt of not being able to pay full attention to your children. This allows you to recharge the batteries again and make a true connection with your loved ones.
